The restaurant features an authentic show kitchen where guests can marvel in the spectacular creations made by our world renowned chef. The restaurant features it's own on site bakery for the best in fresh baked breads and pastries. The contemporary menu features cuisine from France, Asia, Italy, North & South American, The Mediterranean, and the island of Guam. Our diverse menu makes it the perfect choice to enjoy a meal or the moment, to celebrate a birthday, anniversary or one of life's little successes.
